Deerfield Township, one of eleven town of Warren County, Ohio, is located in the sou'west corner of the county. A virtually all urbanised of the eleven, it got 25,515 humans in the 2000 census and 26,359 around 1990. (A drop is because a city of Mason, which was included within a 1990 numbers, withdrew from either the town in February 1997.) Until 1997, Kings Island amusement park was in the township.

A county is bounded on the west per Butler County townships of West Chester and Liberty; on the north by Turtlecreek and Union Township; on the east by the Little Miami River (and through a flow of any stream by Hamilton Township; and on the south per Hamilton County townships of Symmes and Sycamore.

One of a original 4 town of Warren County, it was created in May 10, 1803, when a county was good nine years old. Equally originally created, it involved a lot of what is at present Union, the southern part of Turtlecreek Township, & Salem north of the Little Miami River.

Virtually all of a town is in the Mason City & Kings Local School Districts, however the extreme south-west corner of the town is in the Princeton City School District. Phone service is provided through the Mason exchange through virtually all of a town, however the southeastern section is in the Little Miami exchange. Mail is provided through the Mason, Lebanon, Kings Mills, Maineville, and Loveland post offices & a Sharonville and Sycamore branches of the Cincinnati post office.
